efficient layout that maximizes the open living space for its users, by incorporating natural lighting and natural ventilation.

spaces include at the ground floor : Living Area, Dining Area, Kitchen Area, a bedroom with its own toilet and bath and alfresco at the backyard. At the second floor: A master's bedroom with toilet and bath and its own WALK IN CLOSET, and TWO bedrooms with a common toilet and bath , A family area, and a Balcony.
